At Lemon Custom Sign, we prepare and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully processed. Please note that shipments are not sent out on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lemon Custom Sign is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we will gladly assist in helping minimize or resolve any issues related to customs whenever possible.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
Lemon Custom Sign cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once a claim has been filed, contact us and review our Refund Policy for next steps. Be sure to keep all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
