As most of our products are custom-made or personalised, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return if they have been made according to your approved design, selected size, colour, text, or other order details.

Absolutely love this piece of artwork! They made it exactly how I asked and worked with me to find an alternative font that would fit in the space that we had.
